Handling of microplates.

Denso robots together with a servo gripper system and Orin interface produce a complete handling solution.

The denso robot are rated for Clean room Class 100 to class 1 depending on the environment. The use of a robot eliminates the need for Human intervention.

The servo gripper is able to pick and place mirco plates and other components fast and accurately. It is able to apply a controlled pressure to ensure grip is made without component damage, and without the risk of loss.

The Orin interface allows connection with other items of laboratory equipment and allows direct control of the robot from high level production software packages. The use of a standard software solution reduces the verifications times.
