Checker

Checker is the ideal product to inspect parts on you production line

Checker is the ideal sensor for using pattern matching to identify that the parts conform. You teach multiple quality points using the checkmate software on a laptop using USB connection. Once programmed the sensor will check up to 3000 products per min. Due to the pattern matching software program the parts do not need accurate fixtures so small variations in position and angle are taken into account.
