Service and Maintenance Plans

The DENSO philosophy is to keep the robots as simple as possible and easy to repair. As well as manufacturing robots, DENSO are the biggest users of small assembly robots and initially developed the robot range to meet their own requirements, as users.

This means they are simple to use, and easy to maintain and service. Typically the robots have MTBF rates of 120,000 for SCARA and 60,000 hours for Articulated Robots.

Typically it takes 2 hours to change a 3rd axis motor on a VS-Series 6 axis robot.
