What is WINCAPS III
Offline programming Conveniently program your robot from a remote PC without an operating workcell; import 3-D CAD drawings in standard VRML and DirectX formats; easily input or change variables. 3-D simulation of robot and peripherals Lay out automation workcells in a virtual environment; verify reach, determine obstacle clearances and detect collisions; troubleshoot and debug programs; determine cycle time. Remote monitoring Monitor workcell operation via 3-D simulation, realtime I/O status indicators and detailed control logs. Panel designer Allows customization of Teaching Pendant display.

By registering with the AA Robotics, you will be able to down load 3D CAD "step" files of the robot models. Also our simulation packages in the software section will enable you to check for cycle time as well as robot reach.
You can down load the basic robot 2D data from here, or a PDF of the robot and control system descriptions or the sales brochure for the HS range of robots.
