Movement Programming

Once the offline program has been developed, the skills of the robot programmers is required in optimising the robot paths to achieve cycle time. Accuracy in programming minimises the damage to parts and tooling reducing maintenance, resulting in improved reliability and quality of the final product.

Process Experience

The real skill of the programmer is in their knowledge of the process. All our programmers have experience in working in their respective skills with traditional technology, so spotting and sorting out problems with grippers or other items is quicker due to experience.

As you would expect we can provide robot programmers for all types of applications and for most robot systems, such as ABB, Fanuc, Motoman, Kawasaki and Panasonic.

We have modules which can be supplied to assist in the construction of your application. Using these standard modules also enables us to support the robot when in production.

Programming Standard Design

End users can benefit for having a software standard. We can produce a document which can be given to machine suppliers which controls and makes a standard interface so that all machines on a product line will operate the same. This is important for the maintenance teams responsible for responding to problems in production quickly.
