DENSO Robot drivers now available for NI LabVIEW

AA Robotics can now integrate its DENSO range of 6 & 4 axis robots with NI LabVIEW to provide easy and rapid automation of processes especially in the pharmaceutical, medical and healthcare industries. This development, the first of its kind on a 6 axis robot, enables robots previously only suitable for industrial applications, to be brought to the R&D or production environment without the need for complex robot programming knowledge.

National Instruments' LabVIEW has been developed for laboratories, although it has far wider use in similarly complex and demanding manufacturing and research industries. The benefit of 6 axis robots in these environments is the ability to move products in a controlled path between two points, as if moved by human hand.

Use of robotics in the medical environment is growing fast as it allows repetitive tasks to be carried out with reliability and at a lower cost.
