In-Sight ID readers incorporate Cognex IDMax Data Matrix code reading software, based on the industry-leading PatMax® technology from Cognex, to provide the most robust and reliable decoding under all conditions. IDMax handles a wide range of degradations to the appearance of the code, no matter what the cause, allowing In-Sight readers to deliver the industry's most reliable reading. 

The high-speed digital acquisition system, DSP architecture, and optimized reading algorithms, assure continuously high read rates in direct part mark and label-based identification applications on the fastest production lines.

In-Sight 5110 provides high-performance 1D and 2D decoding for high-speed industrial identification and demanding direct part mark identification applications.

In-Sight 5410 / 5410S / 5410R/5610 provides all model 5110 capabilities, with additional processing power for high-speed reading and mark quality assessment, and for reading difficult-to-read marks.

In-Sight 5410S stainless model extend the application versatility of the 5410 model.

In-Sight 5411 combines higher processing power with increased image resolution (1024 x 768). This makes the 5411 ideal for reading applications where multiple codes have to be read at one time, or when more detailed mark quality assessment is required for process control purposes.

In-Sight 5413/5613 adds the highest resolution (1600 x 1200) imaging.
