Cognex Checker 200 Series
The Checker® 200 series of vision sensors offers unmatched performance and flexibility to solve even the most difficult applications. The sensors integrate lighting, optics, camera, processor and I/O in an industrial IP67 housing. Checker is simple to set up and operate. Even a first time user can have it up and running in minutes – without training.
The Checker 200 series features presence and measurement sensors. Presence sensors verify that features are present. Measurement sensors verify that features are the correct height, width and/or diameter. All sensors are easily added to inspect your part through our simple One-Click Setup™ and output a pass/fail result.
For added flexibility the 200 series features an industry standard ladder logic editor which allow you to easily customize the results of your inspection and eliminate the need for a PLC.
Checker is capable of detecting and inspecting any part, your part. Your application will determine which model(s) to use.

The Checker 200 Series has four models:
Checker 200 … part detection - Not for use with SensorView 350
Checker 201 … part detection and inspection - Presence sensors, high speed for fast moving lines, 6000ppm
Checker 202 … ladder logic - Presence sensors, logic for custom applications, high speed for fast moving lines, 6000ppm
Checker 232 … the capabilities of Checker 202, with the ability to inspect small features - Presence sensors, logic for custom applications, wide field of view to inspect small features, 1500ppm
