The VM-Series of DENSO robots combine high speed and repeatability with powerful load-handling capability. They have a 10 kg maximum payload capacity and a maximum allowable moment of inertia (0.36 kgm² at J4 and J5, and 0.064 kgm² at J6) 2.5 times greater than conventional robots. This enables flexible end-effector designs and a wide range of applications. In addition, the VM-Series footprint is only 305 x 305 mm, making integration easy. 

The VM-Series is ANSI and CE compliant, making it suitable for European deployment. The VM-6083 robot arm has a mass of 82Kg. It can pick and place 1kg in 0.89 sec (25mm lift and 300mm traverse). With 1Kg the robot has a repeatability of +/- 0.05mm. The robot has brakes on 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th & 6th axis.
