A Better, Faster and Smoother Support  Process.

In order to help you get the best support experience possible, we have started using Freshdesk (www.freshdesk.com) to help us process your queries and worries.

This won't change anything, you just need to send us an email to support@aarobotics.co.uk and the support system will generate a ticket on your behalf. This ticket will update you on our responses, status changes to your tickets and you can still send us replies.

The first time you email us with a support query, you will get an email that will show you how to activate the login to our support at aarobotics.freshdesk.com. Here, it allows you to send us a query and add comments to your queries. This will also allow you to read FAQ's, how-tos and discuss ideas/problems etc on the community forum.
